HARVEST FESTIVAL

We visited St. Mary's church in Walton and learned a little bit about the history of our local church before making up harvest bags from donated food and produce.  The then distributed the bags to members of Walton community before holding our harvest festival on the village green.  We just managed to share our readings, prayers, poems and songs before the heavens opened and the rain came.  Helen from Walton tea room kindly gave all the children a hot chocolate and a treat - many thanks Helen!
